How the four groups work

Select four names that share one football connection and submit them. A correct group locks into a colored row and reveals its category; a wrong group costs one of four mistakes. One free direct hint can reveal a category, and it opens automatically after two mistakes if unused.

Clubs, managers, teammates and trophies

The category pool uses the same checked career, club-spell, manager, teammate, nationality and achievement data behind Football Grid and Football Bingo. A one-away message appears when three selected names belong to one unsolved group.

One shared daily board

Every player gets the same Football Connections board each day, so the challenge is clean to compare and easy to discuss.
